New Spring 2025 Class!

By | Adoption Event, News

We’re getting started a couple of weeks early this year. We are excited to share that our spring class will be starting on Monday, 03/24/25! Our Dog Selection team worked with Jefferson County’s CARE,  Companion Animal Rescue and Education, again for this class and they were great to work with.

Meet Harley, Buffy, Rose, and Sonny!

Our Fab Four have been with the team at Ideal Veterinary Hospital getting all their final medical checks and vaccinations to get them ready for class. We’ve been hearing great reports that the staff the staff love them.

We are getting to know their personalities and will share more as they go through classes with their new teen trainers. We are now accepting applications for those interested in adopting a dog this session. Graduations will be complete on April 17th, and dogs will be ready to go to their forever homes on Friday, April 18th!

Their first outing will be at Willow Ridge Garden Center in Oak Ridge on Saturday, 03/22 from 11a-1pm. Adoption events are important to help us get them out into the community to help find their forever homes, but they are also an important part of their training to work on socialization meeting new people and desensitizing them to new sites, sounds and smells in various environments.

Please come by to meet them, even if you’re not looking to adopt. You can be an important part of their training!
